What types of cleaning services do you offer?
Our services include house cleaning, office cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and part-time maid services.
How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book online via our website or WhatsApp us directly for fast confirmation. We also offer same-day cleaning subject to availability.
Are your cleaners trained and reliable?
Yes. Our cleaners are trained, background-checked, and experienced. Many of our customers request the same cleaner for repeat services.
How much does cleaning cost?
Our rates are transparent. You can find full pricing on our website, starting from RM30/hour depending on service type and location.
Do you bring your own cleaning tools and products?
No. we didn’t bring. Cleaning tool and chemical only we will bring upon request and order with charge RM45.
Can I request for an Invoice after payment?
Yes you can. Please contact our customer services: 016-7042178 to request it. We will provide you invoice within 3 working days.
For office monthly package, can I pay after one month services?
For monthly package yes, the terms is 5 days after invoice.
What tools and cleaning chemicals will be suggested for house owner to prepare and let the cleaner do the job properly?

What if I am not home during cleaning? Can I left the cleaner alone?
No, we won’t suggest you to do so.
Can I ask cleaner to do cooking and take care baby/elderly?
No. For now our cleaners is only trained for do cleaning. We didn’t know how to take care baby/elderly and cooking.
Can I ask the cleaner to dispose the big iterms such as unwanted sofa?
No. We only handle cleaning.
Do you offer post-renovation cleaning packages?
Yes, we specialize in post-renovation cleaning to remove construction dust, paint stains, and debris. This service is ideal before move-in.
Can I book the same cleaner every time?
Yes, if you’re a weekly customer, we can arrange for the same cleaner (subject to availability). Many customers prefer a fixed cleaner for consistency.
What’s included in your standard house cleaning service?
Our standard house cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, bathroom cleaning, kitchen surface cleaning, window wiping, fan wiping and rubbish disposal. You can also request extra add-on services like ironing, fridge cleaning, or deep scrubbing or any others related cleaning that you wish to have, can always let us know.
Do your cleaners speak English or Malay?
Most of our cleaners speak basic Malay and some English. If you need specific language requirements, do let us know during booking.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Please contact us within 8 hours. We’ll do our best to resolve it
